Happy Valentine's Day!

February is here and that means love is in the air, right? Or so it should be. Well this past weekend we celebrated my 28th birthday on the 12th. In order to celebrate, K scheduled to get our taxes done that day. What a great husband! Maybe our refund, if we get one will be my extended present. ha ha. We also spent an evening out just the two of us at the movies and to dinner. Valentine's day was another day. I had to work part of the day and the plan was for K to fix dinner. Well he got delayed putting up lattice and planting plants in our backyard, so I completed our evening by cooking and making heart shaped ravioli. He still owes to cook a dinner, but the lattice and plants look great, so I can't complain.

Life has continued to be busy around here. We found out that we are going to be blessed with a baby BOY! Oh my goodness, what am I going to do with a boy. I have always just been around girls with tutus and flowers, now a boy of dirt and adventure. Well I am up for the challenge! I am very excited to have a whole new experience and have even found myself getting very anxious. I guess 4 months will come quicker than expected. If only my room re-dos would get underway. We are having to move our office into the living room in order to make room for baby boy in our other bedroom. I am in the process of determining the colors and theme and can't wait to have a new decorating adventure underway. K is also thrilled, and my nesting instinct is just driving him quite crazy.
